Customer satisfaction is important to business from the short term and long term point of view. In short importance we can include worn and repurchase, while in long-term brand image and market share. If a customer is satisfied he will praise product his/her friends, relatives, neighbors or colleagues and he/she may recommend the product to people he/she may intend to buy the same product, or may buy again in near future one satisfied customer may be the best means of advertisement. It can build a brand image in a particular area and gradually shall increase leading to a greater market share. Hence short - term benefits of satisfaction will pave may to long -term benefits empirical evidence regarding extend of negative versus positive word of mouth is some what equivocal. This study has undertaken to know the customer satisfaction regarding Honda bikes in Chinnamanur town, Theni District.

In India, many companies entered the field of vehicles and market their services under various schemes. In turn the users of bikes regardless of age, sex, income are always on the increase but in practice the customers using on brand of bike are not permanent and they simply changes the bikes from one to another or from one model to another model according to their convenience and performance of bikes. Hence the present study on Customer Satisfaction Level towards the use of Bajaj Bikes with special reference to Tirunelveli Town, is undertaken.

This study examines the customer satisfaction level towards the use of the Bajaj bikes. It aims to assess the customer satisfaction level. The data collected from 50 respondents covering urban areas in Nagercoil Town. Percentage analysis and likert scale method are used for arriving conclusion. The findings of the study is majority of the respondents are satisfied in the brand popularity. The conclusion of the study is they promote their services so effectively in the days to come. In this study the variables used are product quality, after sales service, and customer satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive approach, and verification. Consumer satisfaction among different Multi brand car service center has become an important and necessary concept in today's service business world. Due to the importance of repeat business, it is vital for service businesses to focus on long term relationship with the customer. The wide range of models from different manufacturers with not much change in the specifications within the same price band has made it easy for customers to switch from one brand to another. So the challenge of attracting the customers, selling and retaining them with world class services has turned out to be a great challenge for all the automobile manufacturers. This study draws a detailed analysis on the consumers' level of satisfaction and the problems faced by them with the compact car brought by them. The study has been conducted in Coimbatore City for which a sample size of 720 is chosen.

This study aims at analyzing the effect of product differentiation and brand reputation on customer satisfaction of Yamaha motorcycle products. To collect data, questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling method. Meanwhile, descriptive and verification testing methods were used to analyze the collected data. Besides, multiple linear regression was also used to construct the variables, namely product differentiation (X1), brand reputation (X2), and customer satisfaction (Y). As results, this study found that product differentiation and brand reputation have a significant effect on costumer satisfaction

In this dynamic environment of the market, automobile industry is changing very quickly due to technological up gradation. The manufacturers are able to respond to change in the taste and preferences of the customers. The conventional automobiles have some disadvantages like harmful effects on environment, increasing fuel prices, increasing prices etc. made the customers to think about an alternative technology that has resulted into electric vehicle technology. Even the customers are welcoming this new technology as they have many benefits from it. It is always a challenge for the marketers to make the customers to accept the change and push their products in the market. This research paper emphasises on understanding the perception of young consumers about electric two wheelers in Bangalore city.

This research analyses the satisfaction of the customer towards two wheelers. The study was restricted only to Coimbatore city. A total of 100 consumers surveyed with structured questionnaires.
