Ketidaktersediaan alat kesehatan dipengaruhi manajemen logistik meliputi proses perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian serta pengendalian alat. 5R adalah salah satu metode untuk meningkatan efisiensi, produktifitas, dan keselamatan kerja. Tujuan Penelitian mengetahui untuk mengetahui bagaimana “pengaruh penerapan 5R terhadap perencanaan logistik alat kesehatan di RSU Muhammadiyah tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-Ekperiment Design, dengan one group pretes–posttes dengan jumlah sampel 9 responden. Tehnik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik Purposive sampling Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar konsoner dan observasi. Analisa bivariat dengan uji Wilcoxon signed rank test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada sebelum diberikan metode 5R didapatkan perencanaan logistik yang kurang baik sebanyak 9 responden dan setelah dilakuakn metode 5R perencanaan logistik yang cukup baik sebanyak 9 responden didapatkan nilai signifikan P= 0,003 sehingga ada pengaruh pe...

Urutan tersebut disusun berdasarkan urutan langkah/tahap implementasi, mulai dari Resik s/d Rajin, sehingga memang tidak bisa dibalik-balik. Kalau ditempat saya namanya 5K + S: (1) Ketertiban, (2) Kerapian, (3) Kebersihan, (4) Kelestarian, (5) Kedisiplinan, dan ditambahkan (6) Safety (keselamatan) *** Urutan 5R (5S) yang disebutkan memang benar, yaitu: (1) Ringkas (Seiri): Singkirkan barang yang tidak perlu. (2) Rapi (Seiton): Penyimpanan barang sesuai dengan tempatnya. (3) Resik (Seiso): Membersihkan berarti memeriksa. (4) Rawat (Seiketsu): Menghindari ketidakpastian/ketidaksesuaian. (5) Rajin (Shitsuke): Norma kerja produktif selalu dipatuhi. 5R (5S) ini mayoritas diterapkan di perusahaan/manufaktur milik Jepang dan Korea, termasuk perusahaan kami. *** Penerapan 5R harus dilakukan secara sistematis karena pada intinya 5R bukanlah suatu standar tetapi lebih ke arah pembentukan budaya seluruh karyawan di dalam suatu perusahaan. 5R memang tidak dapat dibolak-balik karena itu sudah menjadi suatu urutan logis yang harus dijalankan. Dimana hal pertama yang harus dilakukan adalah ringkas bagaimana membuat area kerja menjadi ringkas dengan hanya menempatkan barang-barang yang diperlukan saja. Setelah ringkas baru dirapikan dan dibersihkan. Tahap selanjutnya baru melakukan perawatan dan pemerliharaan. Satu hal yang penting yang harus diperhatikan adalah jangan berharap akan terjadi bersih kalau belum ringkas. Demikian juga seterusnya. Sehingga pada intinya 5R harus diterapkan step by step mulai dari R1, setelah cukup baik baru ke R2 dan seterusnya. Pembentukan budaya 5R bukanlah suatu yang instan, dibutuhkan waktu bertahun-tahun untuk menjadi budaya. Dalam 5R tentu tidak ada yang sempurna, semua harus berpikir menjadi lebih baik menjadi lebih baik dan terus akan menjadi lebih baik. *** Terima kasih atas tanggapan tentang 5 R. Saya semakin yakin manfaat 5 R ini dari masukan rekan-rekan. Saya ingin sharing sudut pandang yang lain tentang penerapan 5 R ini. Dari pangalaman, ternyata 5 R bisa diterapkan dimana saja, untuk jenis usaha apa saja yang penting tujuannya jelas dan dapat diukur efektifitasnya (Kata pepatah: if you can not measure it, you can not manage it). Moga-moga kalau score nya udah tinggi lama kelamanan jadi budaya. Kalau mengenai urutan 5 R, kami masih mencari pembenarannya dari sudut lain, misalnya: mengapa R ke 4 (Rawat) dan 5 (Rajin) di letakkan paling belakang? kalau menurut saya :karena kedua hal tersebut tidak dapat dilihat/tidak kelihatan, tapi justru yang paling penting karena basis penerapan ini di Rajin nya (Disiplin). Kalau begitu kenapa tidak didepan? Dari pengalaman penerapannya kami cari pembenaran yang duluan ditulis yang kelihatan (Seeing is beliefing), sedangkan R1,2,3 sejalan dengan pemikiran sesuai urutan proses dan berbasis efisien yang juga didasari Kaizen. *** Salam kenal semuanya. Redoks Ilustrasi sebuah reaksi redoks Redoks (singkatan dari reaksi reduksi/oksidasi) adalah istilah yang menjelaskan berubahnya bilangan oksidasi(keadaan oksidasi) atom-atom dalam sebuah reaksi kimia. Hal ini dapat berupa proses redoks yang sederhana seperti oksidasi karbon yang menghasilkan karbon dioksida, atau reduksi karbon oleh hidrogen menghasilkan metana(CH 4), ataupun ia dapat berupa proses yang kompleks seperti oksidasi gula pada tubuh manusia melalui rentetan transfer elektron yang rumit. Istilah redoks berasal dari dua konsep, yaitu reduksi dan oksidasi. Ia dapat dijelaskan dengan mudah sebagai berikut: • Oksidasi menjelaskan pelepasan elektron oleh sebuah molekul, atom, atau ion • Reduksi menjelaskan penambahan elektron oleh sebuah molekul, atom, atau ion. Walaupun cukup tepat untuk digunakan dalam berbagai tujuan, penjelasan di atas tidaklah persis benar. Oksidasi dan reduksi tepatnya merujuk pada perubahan bilangan oksidasi karena transfer elektron yang sebenarnya tidak akan selalu terjadi. Sehingga oksidasi lebih baik didefinisikan sebagai peningkatan bilangan oksidasi, dan reduksi sebagaipenurunan bilangan oksidasi. Dalam prakteknya, transfer elektron akan selalu mengubah bilangan oksidasi, namun terdapat banyak reaksi yang diklasifikasikan sebagai " redoks " walaupun tidak ada transfer elektron dalam reaksi tersebut (misalnya yang melibatkan ikatan kovalen). Pendahuluan • 5 R membantu karyawan untuk mengetahui apa yang harus dilakukan, dan dikerjakan • Sinergi dan kerjasama • Prosedur akan dapat dilaksanakan dengan optimal jika menerapkan 5 R • Organisasi yang tidak sehat sulit untuk berhasil menerapkan 5 R • Bukan koreksi tetapi pencegahan • Utamakan inti masalah dan sadarilah bahwa masalah tersebut penting • Menerapkan 5 R berarti mengupayakan efisiensi • 5 R membedakan manusia dengan mahluk yang bukan manusia • 5 R dapat diterapkan baik dalam organisasi maupun dalam rumah tangga • Akibat tidak menerapkan 5 R potensi terjadi kecelakaan, 5 R mengurangi risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja • 5 R meningkatkan mutu perilaku manusia

Keunggulan/manfaat 5 R • 5 R merupakan langkah awal penyempurnaan yang berkesinambungan (Kaizen) • 5 R dapat dijadikan barometer manajemen • 5 R beroperasi dalam prinsip “ perbuatan lebih meyakinkan dari pada kata-kata “ • 5 R mengubah cara berpikir dan berperilaku • Sistem yang baik saja tidak cukup, tetapi harus ada sistem yang mengubah perilaku untuk bertanggung jawab

5 R sebagai prinsip manajemen • Tempat kerja yang bersih, tertata, teratur dan rapih merupakan tempat yang nyaman dan menyenangkan • 5 R merupakan tehnik manajemen yang wajib diterapkan untuk mencapai produktivitas dan keamanan

Tujuan 5 R • Keamanan (memperhatikan hal-hal kecil membuat kerja lebih aman) • Efisiensi (tiga menit dapat membuat perbedaan) • Mutu • Mencegah kemacetan

Ringkas/pemilahan=Seiri • Ringkas atau pemilahan adalah menyimpan barang di tempat masing-masing secara benar • Kegiatan pemilahan meliputi: • Memilahkan barang sesuai dengan kebutuhan • Membuang barang yang tidak diperlukan • Melaksanakan pembersihan besar • Membuang barang yang rusak • Meneliti penyebab terjadinya kotoran (karat, goresan, kontaminasi) yang menyebabkan kerusakan dan melacak sampai ke sumbernya

Azas pemilahan

Bagaimana menyimpan barang yang diperlukan

Perhatikan di mana biasanya barang tidak terpakai diletakkan • Rak dan laci • Lorong dan sudut • Barang-barang yang tercecer disekitar tempat mengerjakan • Tiang penopang samping dan bawah tangga • Mesin, tempat gantungan, gerobak • Lantai, lubang, lorong pemisah • Gudang penyimpanan, dan gudang barang • Tembok dan papan pengumuman • Di luar

Rapih/penataan = seiton • Tehnologi penataan: • Setelah membuang barang yang tidak diperlukan, maka perlu penataan dengan rapih dengan memperhatikan 3 aturan: • Tentukan tempat barang yang tepat • Tentukan bagaimana cara menyimpan barang sehingga mudah ditemukan dan mudah diambil ketika diperlukan • Taati aturan penyimpanan

Beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan pada penyimpanan • Pertimbangkan mutu, keamanan, efisiensi, dan konservasi • Jangan keliru menafsirkan barang-barang (serupa) dengan nama berbeda • Barang dengan nama, nomor, dan tampak serupa harus disimpan berjauhan • Gunakan gambar pada papan kalau perlu • Bedakan dengan warna • Perhatikan nama barang dan di mana lokasi tempat menyimpan (kalau perlu alat diberi tulisan lokasi penyimpanan, dan tempat menyimpan ditulis alat apa yang harus disimpan di tempat tersebut) • FIFO, FEFO • Lakukan kontrol tiap hari dan jaga agar persediaan tidak habis

Resik/pembersihan = Seiso • Ancangan tiga langkah pembersihan • Makro: membersihkan segala sesuatu dan menangani penyebab keseluruhan • Individual : membersihkan tempat kerja khusus dan bagian mesin khusus • Mikro: membersihkan bagian dan alat khusus serta penyebab kotoran diidentifikasi dan diperbaiki

4 langkah pembersihan tempat kerja dan peralatan • Bagi daerah kerja menjadi beberapa bagian, alokasikan tanggung jawab untuk tiap bagian • Tentukan apa yang harus dibersihkan, urutannya, dan kemudian kerjakan. Setiap orang harus paham pentingnya pembersihan sehingga sumber masalah dapat dianalisis • Perbaiki cara melakukan pembersihan dan alat yang digunakan sehingga tempat yang sukar dibersihkan akan mudah dibersihkan • Tentukan aturan yang harus ditaati supaya barang tampak seperti yang dikehendaki

Rawat=pemantapan • Suatu keadaan dimana pemilahan, penataan, dan pembersihan secara konsisten dan rutin dilakukan • Untuk dapat merawat perlu dilakukan pemantauan (manajemen visual) sehingga permasalahan/kerusakan dapat dideteksi secara dini: • Apa saja yang harus dipantau • Apakah terjadi penyimpangan/ketidak normalan • Apa yang menjadi penyebab ketidak normalan • Lakukan pemeriksaan • Tentukan prosedur daruratnya • Tentukan perbaikan jangka panjang • Lakukan perawatan sesuai dengan prosedur perawatan untuk tiap-tiap alat atau mesin, dan pastikan selalu dalam keadaan siap pakai bila dibutuhkan • Perhatikan kapan dan bagaimana alat harus diperiksa, dibersihkan, dan dilakukan service, laksanakan tepat waktu

Rajin/pembiasaan = shitsuke • Melakukan hal yang benar sebagai suatu kebiasaan • Kalau perlu gunakan check list • Tanggung jawab pribadi • Praktekkan dengan disiplin sehingga memperkecil terjadinya kesalahan • Taati peraturan, prosedur, dan instruksi kerja

What is a 5-year plan.

  • Work on a healthy work/life balance, with weekly evaluations to see where I drift off.

  • “If I have no debts, savings, earnings, there’s no excuse to keep refraining from doing what I truly love”

So, from this perspective, it’s not a common goal but a motivator for a better life in multiple aspects: mental health, income, home financials, time management, etc.

This is the reason why you should go through each of those goals you set and examine what comes up, see if there are any conflicts, and go through it again until it doesn’t feel like an imposition but something you truly desire to achieve.

Step 4 – Research and constant learning

The fourth step on this list applies to our role person as she needs to evaluate the current skills she has, where she desires to see herself in 5 years, and what’s needed to get there.

After this woman built her entire plan, with a proper timeline to arrange the goals intended within 5 years, she has to revisit it each 3 months to evaluate her process.

For this purpose, she scheduled an entire evening every 3 months to go through her plan, see where she improved, if she completed goals within that timeframe, and where to change her strategy. This process is crucial to spot any blind areas, so she also asked her two best friends to help with this by giving honest feedback on her career and personal development.

The most common PowerPoint slide ratios are "4:3" and "16:9". In previous versions of PowerPoint, the slide size was 4:3, widescreen, and high-definition formats have been adapted for TV and video. The default slide size in new versions of PowerPoint is widescreen (16:9). And the PowerPoint slide size can be changed by the following method.

The PowerPoint slide size also needs to be adjusted to cover the entire screen for different monitors and devices. You can often see some special proportions of slides at the press conference. In this case, [Custom Slide Size] is used. The following post will explain different PowerPoint Slide sizes and change them.

PowerPoint Slide Size Guide

Whether you are preparing your presentation for a class or your work, you should adapt it to the device which will be used for projecting it. Some devices or even laptops can have different sizes, so you will need to change the dimensions of your presentation. To change the size of your presentation slides, on the Design tab, in the Customize group, click the Slide Size button and then choose one of the pre-defined sizes.

Common PowerPoint Slide Sizes

  • Standard (4:3) was the default slide size in older versions of Microsoft PowerPoint, like 2003 or 2007. Standard (4:3) slides have a size of 10 x 7.5 inches or 25.4 x 19.05 cm.
  • Widescreen (16:9) is the default slide size in Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, 2016, and 365. Widescreen (16:9) slides have a size of 13.33 x 7.5 inches or 33.867 x 19.05 cm.

4:3 is best viewed on a standard computer screen, while the 16:9 is best viewed on a widescreen computer screen or TV. Using the proper dimensions ensures the presentation is scaled suitably not to appear warped. Widescreen is the default in most versions of PowerPoint.

Custom PowerPoint Slide Size

Using a custom PowerPoint slide size is possible if the default 4:3 or 16:9 options are unsuitable. You might choose to use a custom slide size if you are printing full-size PowerPoint slides using a custom page layout, for instance. To do this, select Design > Slide Size > Custom Slide Size to display the "Slide Size" options menu.

  • From the Slides sized for the drop-down list, you can choose pre-defined popular sizes, such as Letter Paper (8.5 x11 in), Ledger Paper (11 x 17 in), A3 Paper (297 x 420 mm), etc.
  • Enter the custom sizes in the Width and Height fields.
  • Choose the slide orientation in the Orientation group.

You can run your slideshow on a computer screen, a television screen, or a projector. It is best to know your display device upfront. It would be best to change your slide dimensions before designing your slides before adding shapes and images to slides. Changing the dimensions afterward is possible, but it can ruin your slide design. If pictures are distorted, you will need to manually resize each image or delete them and insert them again.

3. Reduce : kegiatan mengurangi pemakaian atau pola perilaku yang dapat mengurangi produksi sampah serta tidak melakukan pola konsumsi yang berlebihan.
